Since the day after christmas I have been doing this morning drink consistently and sometimes twice a day. It is really calmed my stomach even with all the eating out lately. I still bloat if I have cheese but not having the bathroom issues or pain at is usually associated with my dairy sensitivity. I think it is also helping keep me regular and getting rid of water weight!
Drink recipe:
1 1/2 warm water
1/2 tbsp Bragg raw apple cider vinegar (sprouts)
1 tsp raw honey (trader joes - suppose to be good for allergies too)
2 drops lemon oil (only Young Living) or 2 tsp organic lemon juice (Costco)
2 drops peppermint (Young Living, calms tummy and helps sinuses)
